Former LSU defensive tackle Sydir Mitchell plans to enter the transfer portal, according to reports.
Mitchell transferred to LSU from Texas in the offseason and did not play in LSU's first two games of the season. Former head coach Brian Kelly revealed on September 10 that he was no longer on the team.
Back in November, Mitchell said he would be open to returning to the team.
