LSU inside linebacker Donnie Alexander, who did not play in season opener vs. BYU, will be available for the Chattanooga game on Saturday.

Head coach Ed Orgeron announced the news during his weekly radio show on Wednesday and said that Alexander will compete with freshman Tyler Taylor for the starting spot at inside linebacker.

Alexander was one of many LSU players that did not travel with the team to New Orleans for the BYU game.
