LSU head coach Ed Orgeron said Wednesday that he expects both offensive guard Damien Lewis and wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. to play in the National Championship on Monday vs. Clemson.

Lewis and Marshall suffered injuries in the Peach Bowl and did not practice last week but returned to practice on Wednesday.
quote:

"Terrace is a little bit further ahead than Damien," Orgeron said. "I think both of them are going to play. Damien is running straight ahead but I think cutting is the thing he needs to get used to. But it's only Monday of the game week, I expect him to play. I expect both of them to play."
