Chambliss said he expects to hear back this week on his waiver request with the NCAA for an additional year of eligibility to play in the 2026 season.

If he gets his extra year Ole Sis is going to offer him a ton of $$$$ to stay and not follow the Lane train.

So will LSU and Ole Miss can't compete with LSU's money. What Lane wants they're going to give him. That was the entire reason he was brought over.

The key word he said is “TRUST!” Who would he trust, besides Lane. That is who made a household football name.

He is much more of a game manager type than people seem to realize. Half of his 18 TDs were against Tulane, Citadel, and Miss St. Low INTs and decent % are his strengths. Not exactly an all-star.
