Mississippi State coach Dan Mullen was asked on Monday how he is going to get his team ready for tough road challenge against 8th ranked LSU in Tiger Stadium this Saturday. He responded like this:
quote:

“All that matters is this week. Every game that has ever been played there has no impact on this game. Every game that we’ve ever played against them has no impact on this game. Every game we’ll play against them in the future or the rest of the season has no impact on this game. It’s all about this week, our focus, our execution and this one game. That’s all that we’ve talked to our guys about. That’s what all of our focus is on, this one game. It sounds like coach-talk, but with an experienced team it’s pretty simple for them to look at it and view that way and understand it’s about this one game on Saturday and how we play on Saturday, not anything else.”
The last time that Mississippi State beat LSU was 1999 in Starkville, MS. Last season, the Tigers went on the road and beat the Bulldogs 59-26.

Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

Theirs not to make reply,
Theirs not to reason why,
Theirs but to do and die,
Into the VALLEY OF DEATH rode the 600.

Nice quote. Try spelling.

I would probably say something like that too if I had never beat a team before

OK, I can't edit. What was wrong with Woverw's spelling?

There, there, you used the word their wrong but it's ok, LSU will still win their game.

It's 'theirs' meaning their choice. It's a direct quote from a poem, genius. Way to flash your 5th grade English skills , though. We are all truly impressed.
