Talented LSU sophomore outside linebacker/defensive end Arden Key has high personal goals for this upcoming season and he's not shy about it.

Speaking to the media after practice on Wednesday, Key said he want to get "20 sacks, two picks-sixes and five batted balls" in 2016.

Love the ambition from Key.

For him to set this sort of goal tells me more about the position that our defense is in more than anything. I think we are about to see Key having an awful good time out there.

Sam Montgomery said he was gonna get 20 sacks his last year here. I hope Arden Key gets more sacks than Sam did that year.

What you say tour going to do and what you state as a goal are not the same.

I'd be pretty happy with half that.

I think you're setting your sights a little too low. I got him anywhere from 12-15 sacks with a year improvement and in Aranda's system.

Nothing wrong with being ambitious, but prepare to be disappointed.
