LSU coach Tommie Robinson was back in Montgomery, Ala on Monday morning and visited with dual-threat quarterback James Foster.

This is the second time in less than a week that Robinson has visited with the four-star prospect as he went in-home Foster and his family last Wednesday.

The 6-3, 210-pound prospect is rated the No. 5 dual-threat quarterback in the country and the No. 3 overall prospect from the state of Alabama for the class of 2018, according to ESPN.

Foster was a one-time Missouri commit but reopened up his recruitment in October, just a few days after receiving an offer from LSU. His top schools are LSU, Florida State, Missouri, Kentucky, Alabama, and Arizona.

Foster’s mom is probably a good cook. Coach Rob killing 2 birds with one stone. Building that family relationship over the dinner table is very effective. I closed many deals myself that way. It makes you a part of it all. Parents love it. Plus, Coach gets a free meal!

Any QB that is from the State of Alabama and is not being heavily recruited by Alabama and Auburn is not what's needed at LSU. Tigers need to raise the standards at the QB positon.............
