Four-star running back Armoni Goodwin announced on Twitter that he will be committing and signing with a school on Wednesday.

The Trussville, Alabama native was once an Auburn commit but reopened his recruitment on Nov. 30th and is a major target for LSU.

The 5-8, 195-pound prospect is rated the No. 4 running back in the country for the class of 2021, according to Rivals. LSU's only other running back commit Corey Kiner has campaigning for Goodwin to join him in Baton Rouge.

The tweet from Kiner encouraging LSU fans to recruit Goodwin and talking about being a stud duo in the backfield is what you want to see. He’s not hanging his head or looking to sign elsewhere over the recruitment of another RB, he’s welcoming it and looking at things from a team standpoint.

i like that they are known by the recruiting services to be great receivers. too many dropped balls from our backs this year. if either one of them learns to pick up blitzes early, they could play from day one.
