LSU announced the enrollment of five mid-year football players on Wednesday afternoon.

They are offensive tackle Austin Deculus, quarterback Lowell Narcisse, defensive end Justin Thomas, and defensive back's JaCoby Stevens and Grant Delpit.

Wide receiver Mannie Netherly was expected to be LSU's sixth early enrollee but has not yet been cleared by the NCAA, according to The Advocate:

For instance, receiver Dee Anderson, a rising sophomore, enrolled a week into classes last January as he needed to pass an internet course for clearance.

Narcisse better get into the playbook early and get a leg up on Brennan. I feel its Etling's job next year. But it will be either Narcisse or Brennan under center the year after. Looking at both of them on film, I feel that Brennan is by far the better passer. Narcisse has a cannon, but Brennan's precision, pocket awareness, and check down reads is light years ahead of Narcisse. Defenses will blitz Narcisse and force him to run with it or get sacked. Much like they did Harris. Force him to run with it, thus, taking the passing game away. Myles will force defenses to be honest. Just my opinion.
