Four-star wide receiver Devonta Smith from Amite, LA (Amite HS) has committed to Alabama.

He chose the Crimson Tide over LSU, Florida State, and Miami.


The 6-1, 160-pound prospect from Amite HS is rated the No. 3 wide receiver in the country and the No. 1 overall player from the state of Louisiana for the class of 2017, according to 247Sports.
