Talented four-star weakside defensive end Alec Bryant from Pearland, TX announced that he will visit LSU this weekend.

The 6-3, 230-pound prospect from Shadow Creek High School is rated the No. 9 weakside defensive end in the country for the class of 2020 according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.

Schools that have offered Bryant include Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Nebraska, Michigan State, Virginia Tech, TCU, and others. He received his offer from LSU in November of 2018.

For more info on Bryant, visit his profile page on our 2020 Recruiting Tracker.

I'm just a lil curious why Texas and Texas A&M not mentioned in other offers? Oklahoma, Oklahoma St. and Nebraska are mentioned and not the two flagship Texas Universities for a 4 star Texas prospect I wonder why?

Good to see we are being proactive with the DL recruiting problem. Offer as many 4 star DEs as you can Coach O !

If someone told you we have a DL problem they are lying to you to push an agenda.

Shadow Creek made it to the state championship game in their first year of varsity competition. Lots of talent on that team.
