Class of 2026 wide receiver Kenny Darby of Bossier City, La., announced his commitment to LSU on Tuesday.

Darby was in town for the LSU-Alabama game this past weekend. He chose the Tigers over Florida State, Tennessee, Miami, & others.

Darby, a 6-0, 175-pounder from Airline High School, is leading the state in receiving yards this season. He is currently a three-star recruit, but his rating has plenty of time to improve.

His verbal pledge gives LSU five commitments for the class of 2026.

His highlights are awesome. Great routes and good run after catch. Looks to have at least 4.5speed.

As I have learned more about recruiting, most of these kids do not really care about the current record, as long as it is not a train wreck.

CORRECT!!!!! So we lost to Bama and eATMe, kid wants to come here and help recreate 2019 and be on the team to crush em when he plays here. Go check the league stats on rookie wide receivers and there’s a tie right now in receiving yards between 2 guys…..yup it’s Nabors and Thomas oh and Daniels is 3rd in rushing yards behind 2 rookie running backs. We’re gonna be fine with kids wanting to come here. Go ask Chicago if they picked the right QB, whole city would say NOPE!!!!!

Is it just me of out of 85 does LSU have 75 WR's? Just looking from a distance LSU is missing some dudes up front on both sides. Bama is not the most physical team and they handled LSU. Not since the 90's had I seen LSU lines that bad. Could be an outlier so what do I know.
