After attending LSU Football camp this week, defensive end/linebacker Andre Anthony announced that he has committed to the Tigers:


Andre, a 6-3, 214-pounder from Edna Karr High School in New Orleans, is rated as four-star prospect by Scout and ESPN and a three-star by Rivals and 247 Sports.

He choose LSU over Alabama, Texas A&M, Auburn, Florida, and Georgia.

With Anthony now on board, LSU is up to 14 commitment for the class of 2016.

Kids going to be a good one! I like kids like this May take or need a redshirt to mature fully physically but I think the RS helps so darn much for these kids development! Then again he may not need it and gain the weight and strength needed in a year and a half? I really like how we are going after the guys who want to be a Tiger and probably have for a long time! Looks like our Dline and front seven as a whole is in great shape.
