No. 10 seed LSU will face No. 7 Mississippi State in the second round of the SEC Conference Tournament on Thursday at 6 p.m. CT on the SEC Network.

The winner will go on to face No. 2 Tennessee in the quarterfinals on Friday.

The Tigers finished out the regular season this past Saturday with a 78-57 win over the Bulldogs and head into the SEC Tournament with a 17-13, 8-10 SEC record.

The only time an SEC Tournament should be held west of the Mississippi is if it's held in Houston.

Agree. LSU has problems with teams that are physical in the paint. Most of those teams are in the other bracket.
