Per LSUSports.net: BATON ROUGE – Behind 29 points from freshman guard Javonte Smart, the 13th-ranked LSU Tigers pulled out a 82-80 overtime victory over No. 5 Tennessee on Saturday afternoon in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.

LSU improved to 22-5 (12-2 SEC). Tennessee fell to 24-3 (12-2 SEC).
