Per LSUSports.net: BATON ROUGE – The LSU Basketball team fell to ninth-ranked Tennessee, 77-56, Saturday afternoon at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.

The Tigers will be back in action against Arkansas on the road on Tuesday at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN2.

Forward KJ Williams surpassed 2,000 career points as he led LSU with 16 points. Trae Hannibal was the only other Tiger in double figures with 10 points. Guards Cam Hayes and Justice Williams each added four assists.

This makes me turn off all college basketball until the Tournament. Square one guys and LSU Tigers start here. Problem is we are so bad good players don’t come in droves to play like this. No excitement either just boring and bad ball. Next thing you know it’s 2025 and it’s time to hire a new coach. I’ve seen this movie before.
