BATON ROUGE – LSU Baseball fell to Bethune-Cookman, 10-7, Tuesday night at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.

LSU moves to 22-12 overall and 6-6 in the SEC. Bethune-Cookman moves to 23-10 overall and 10-2 in the SWAC.

The Tigers will go back on the road for a three game series against Ole Miss, in Oxford, Mississippi. Game one will be Friday, April 10th, at 6:30 p.m. CT. The game will be streamed on SECN+ and available on the LSU Sports Radio Network.

Santiago Garcia earned the loss with five strikeouts, three hits, and two earned runs.

Those young men from Bethune Cookman will take that moment with them for the rest of their lives. Meanwhile, the Tigers are going to stack wins in Omaha. Midweek games don’t win/lose Championships.

This team isn't winning in Omaha. Game 3 again TN was a fluke, this game was reality. Whoever is in charge of signing pitchers.... needs to be fired.

This team will be lucky to get into the field of 64. If LSU does get in, they will be traveling. No home playoffs this year.
