Per LSUSports.net: BATON ROUGE, La. -- Right-hander Jack Leiter limited the Tigers to two runs on three hits Friday night to lead Vanderbilt to an 11-2 win in Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.

Vanderbilt improved to 22-3 overall and 7-1 in the SEC while LSU fell to 17-10 on the year and 1-7 in conference play.

The teams will meet in the series finale at 2 p.m. CT Sunday. The contest will be telecast on SEC Network+ and broadcast on affiliates of the LSU Sports Radio Network.

These margins are indicative of a team that is giving up once they fall behind Down by 5 early then lose by nine Where is the fire ? Some sort of comeback ? Good players with motivation make comebacks... this team isn’t and it’s not for a lack of talent.
