We may never get the real reason if he is truly leaving...

I am very interested to hear why he is leaving...I hope it is not health related, but any other reason will really piss me off.

Hard not to root against kids like this.

“root against kids” you should be ashamed of yourself. It is a sport and does not define who this young man is. Anyone who would “root” against a “kid” fails at life.

You do realize every time you root for LSU you're rooting against all the kids on the other team, right?

I guess he wasn't one of the players to call mainieri and beg him not to go to Texas...

WTF? Guess his exit interview didn't go very well...oh, well, hope he has more luck elsewhere, cuz if it wasn't for bad luck @ LSU, he wouldn't have had any...

Hey dummy. You do realize he probably got the boot. He's probably not leaving by choice.

TigerGM, why in the hell would Latz get the boot? He had the potential to be the next Lange and we booted him??? Truly you are the dummy here.

Not happy. This program was so patient with him and he shows no loyalty at all. He won't have better elsewhere and I will never support him again.

Maybe find out why he left first before shitting on him.

no excuse to leave like this. busch league. especially after two years of LSU supporting him through rehab. this is a slap in the face for a program, coach, and fanbase that supported him 100%. totally disrespectful IMO.
