Update: Multiple sources reported that the flap issue that grounded LSU's plane was fixed but after a second takeoff attempt the plane is still not able to leave the airport. The players and coaches de-boarded the plane and will head back to campus to practice at Alex Box Stadium. A new plane is being flown in from Florida and the team will depart later tonight.


The LSU Baseball team was on its way to College Station for its series vs. Texas A&M this weekend when the plane had to return to Baton Rouge as it could not reach cruising altitude. The plane was in the air for 10-15 minutes.

Where is "The Eye" on the tail. That bird needs to be customized. Or maybe junked and replaced. Either way the Tigahs need to ride in style.
