Per LSUSports.net: HOOVER, Ala. - The LSU baseball team fell, 4-3, to the No. 1 seed Florida in the second round of the SEC Tournament Wednesday night at the Hoover Metropolitan Stadium.

LSU will face either South Carolina or Arkansas in an elimination contest Thursday 30 minutes after the conclusion of the 9:30 a.m. CT contest.

I hate LSU but that was a great game last night!! The relief pitcher came in and pitched a hell of a game I think from the 6th inning on. If India hadn't made the play at 3rd I think LSU walks away with the W.

Great game. Pitching held serve against #1 team. Took advantage of errors when we had them. UF makes top 10 play to seal the game. Still got another chance with Watson on and Dup batting. Didn’t fall for us.
