BATON ROUGE – LSU Baseball fell to Florida, 11-8, Thursday night at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.

LSU moves to 29-25 overall and 9-19 in the SEC. Florida moves to 35-18 overall and 16-13 in the SEC.

The Tigers will be back at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field for game two of the series Friday, May 15th, at 6:30 p.m CT. The game will be streamed on SECN+ and available on the LSU Sports Radio Network.

Danny Lachenmayer earned the loss with two thirds of an innings pitched, allowing four hits, six runs, three walks, and one strikeouts.

Why Jay left lauch in to load the bases and get a granny idk but they didn’t quit fighting and made it a close game… yea this season has sucked but the offense has came around as of late and may be a sign of hope for next year but we better go get some pitchers
