Mason Kunkel (Dubuque, IA) is a third grader. Third grade hoops is often played across a regulation court so this 1/2 shot may have been a bit confusing as to whether or not it counted for three but...it certainly sent the black tee wearing team home with heads down.

First and foremost, it should have been a turnover from the standpoint that the kid with the ball on the throw in initially should not have been allowed to walk on the court with the ball and flip it to another player out of bounds to throw it in. And, yes, that little chubby kid that hit the shot traveled like a boss. Good for him though.

They playing on baskets set at 10 feet?

Love when the kid in black makes both free throws, the kids in blue act like their entire world has ended, not knowing that even if they lost, in 5 minutes they would be playing outside with their Tonka trucks and stuff in the mud....laughing

Then, kid hits shot, coaches want them to line up to shake hands. WTF coach, we just won the universe championship....lol
