40-year-old Patenema Ouedraogo was arrested and charged with stalking tennis star Serena Williams. This isn't the first incident with this dude. Earlier this year he tried to get on the Home Shopping Network while Williams was there, saying that he was her assistant and followed her on another occasion to a radio interview.
