We see our fair share of Instagram fitness models around these Sports Lite parts. This dude made a YouTube video explaining how sometimes when you see some of them working out, they're actually using fake weights. Hmm...

A) That chick is not squatting almost 500 lbs for reps. Not happening, not. happening. Most dudes don't or can't squat for 500 lbs for reps unless they're pretty big powerlifters.
B) You can see in her hack squats that she can't get deep in them and that's because she has butt implants.

Marshawn Lynch squats 485... I'm not even going to go into the rest of the NFL because that alone should say enough.

Hell, juiced up Brian Cushing and Laron Landry squat 500.

The Worlds strongest man competition was using 700 pounds for squats for reps this year. Think about that. The strongest damn men in the entire world were only using 200 more pounds than this tiny girl for a competition to decide who the strongest person on the planet is.

The bar tells the whole story. A bar flexes quite a bit with that much weight on it.

Same thing I noticed. That bar doesn't even almost bend and it should with that much weight.

Apparently a lot of instagram "fitness models" use them

Given how desperate people are to impress others on social media, I'm guessing they are a somewhat recent phenomenon. Outside of making fake youtube videos, they really have no other purpose.

The girl in that video is disgusting. Dudes are into that sort of thing?

She'd be more popular if she used shake weights.

She is only asking us to believe that she is the strongest woman of all time. 500lbs is no joke let alone a 150lb girl putting it on her back taking some giant steps backwards and repping it out like a warmup. Unless she is part kyrptonitian it isn't happening.

I don't even see the rationale for a woman lying about squatting man weight. I didn't realize they had the "Do you even lift?" mentality.

I like instagram whores as much as the next guy, what I don't like are all these trashy, plastic looking ones. There are plenty of super hot instagram girls that don't look like circus freaks.

I'd still let her squat on my face.

But, does anyone give a shite?

Sort of and the guy in the video explained why people care who are in the fitness industry. Same reason people care about constant airbrushing or chicks who are bulimic, etc. It displays falsehoods and lies or lies of omission.

He mentions how it's essentially a slap in the face to real female powerlifters that bust their arse off because girls like this make it seem that squatting 500 in no biggie.

I kind of felt the same way, but the guy in the video made some excellent points. Also the sheer ridiculousness of it is annoying. I guess she is doing that to try to make us believe her arse is real???
