Florida is reportedly hiring Steve Spurrier Jr. as an analyst under head coach Billy Napier, according to multiple reports. Per Yahoo Sports:

Spurrier Jr. brings a wealth of experience to the Gators, having recently served as associate head coach, offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Tulsa.

The son of Gators legend Steve Spurrier Sr., Spurrier Jr. started his coaching career at Florida in 1994 as a graduate assistant under his father. After roles ranging from video assistant to special teams coach, he expanded his résumé across several prestigious programs, including stints at Oklahoma, South Carolina and in the NFL with Washington.
