Auburn football opens up the 2023 season against UMass on Saturday at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

On Wednesday, Tigers head coach Hugh Freeze announced the team captains for the season: QB Payton Thorne, OL Kam Stutts, TE Luke Deal, and LB Elijah McAllister.
