Pint sized players have succeeded before (Dri Archer, Trindon Holliday, Jakeem Grant),, but those guys had at least 15lbs more muscle each on them compared to this kid.

I think he looks that way because 1) he is literally the height of the average American 13 year old male and 2) he is being filmed next to other division 1 football players.

He better be super fast. Like Trindon Holliday fast. Wasn't Trindon only about 5'6. Trindon had some legs on him and weighed more than the 135 lb that this guy weighs.
