I'm 57, HR 78. I have a paramoxymal supra ventricular tachycardia and awaiting heart surgery. Sometimes it get to 215 BPM.

Mine in below average to poor. My dad is in the best shape possible and had triple bypass surgery a few years ago. His sister runs marathons, hasn't had a carb since 1985, and had a heart attack raking leaves in her yard. I'm fricked.
