re: Who would you pick to help this team take it all? - TopWaterTiger
Russell Mathieu
Really best answer. A top pick QB and and stud vet in the secondary and this team is going to the ship Any answer that doesn't have a past stud QB doesn't follow LSU football....

re: PMAC renovations in the works, architects hired, no timeline as of yet - TopWaterTiger
Looks like a high school gym. Nice.
No it doesn't....seats 8,000 and has suites and will be on campus. This is pretty big deal for McNeese. I've seen all the architects drawings and it will be nice, new, and state of the art facility. But notice in the pics of the gyms posted...

re: PMAC renovations in the works, architects hired, no timeline as of yet - TopWaterTiger
I think a new arena in downtown BR with LSU basketball as an anchor tenant would actually be a net plus for both the city and the LSU basketball program.
Sounds good in theory and it's not that far away logistically. But I think it would be a terrible move to move the team off camp...

re: PMAC renovations in the works, architects hired, no timeline as of yet - TopWaterTiger
“The good part about it is our second level really isn’t a second level traditionally. It’s not far up,” Nunez said. “If you take that area ... Is that the best? Or is it the third level? Those are things (architects) are going to try to figure out.”
Surely they aren't dumb enough ...

re: Nitto Terra Grapplers vs Tokyo Open Country - TopWaterTiger
I've had the BFG A/T and got about 80,000 out of them. Had the Nitto's on a F150 truck for about 20,000 miles.....sold the truck. Have the Toyo A/T currently on F150. Nittos seemed more quiet on the road and didn't bounce as much, but no real complaints w either tire....

re: HB 156: Calcasieu Lake Oyster Harvest - TopWaterTiger
I got a dumbfounded look from the guy when I asked about how many oyster dredging jobs this would eliminate for locals.
Eliminates Zero jobs....not sure who you asked but anyone within CCA knows this. This bill just limits the gear used. Big Lake is a public seed ground, so anyo...

re: What to do about my vehicle situation? - TopWaterTiger
Like others have said, out of the 2 options, I'd buy a cheap car and keep the truck. I've been thinking about doing the same and have been looking at used 3 yr old nissans w under 50k miles for about $12k. My biggest thing is I love sitting higher up in a truck vs a car, esp on the interstate, so ...

re: Why aren't "coastal" bass boats more popular? - TopWaterTiger
I think they didn't catch on because: price was always high no room for a large ice chest people like to stand in rough water no sharp bow entry and less flare for spray
This this and this. I used to want a flats style boat for the same reasons....they look jus...

Their show hasn't been the same since SVP left. Sucks for the people getting laid off, but ESPN is sinking ship due to extra liberal media. ...

re: Offshore baws: I acquired an offshore rig this weekend learn me what electronics I need - TopWaterTiger
I'd run the heck out of it before investing anything in to it. Then before buying electronics, I'd think long and hard about putting a hard top on that boat. Like this: T...
