Resting HR is 66 age 40

My resting heart rate is less than yours. One of the many reasons why I know that I'm superior.

I'm 40. Resting HR at last physical was 46. Doc told me he didn't have to look at me to know I was a runner.

I had Hyperthyroidism when i was in my 20's. Got Goiter and had to have my thyroid completely removed.

Before having it removed my sitting still, rest heartrate was between 125-140

HR 48 age 34
weight train/cardio 4-5 days a week. more weights then cardio tho

Mine was consistently 58-61 when I had the Fitbit that tracked HR. I'm 36 & not an athlete, but I'll take "excellent".
