Ended up by bringing steaks up to 123 in oven and tented, leaving digital temp probe in. Oven baked the potatoes for about 55 minutes...then jacked Egg to well over 700. Steaks only dropped down to 120 Seared on grill for 60 seconds each side and maybe 20 seconds on other sides. They were ...
