Fewer carbs is fewer calories
This bothers me in that it isn't true. Fewer starches is fewer calories is a better way to put it. Veggies are low cal and have carbs.
If more people cooked at home, shopped the outer ring of the grocery store
This I 100% agree...

Can definitely find articles showing both ways. I will take a naturally occurring food over a processed one any day of the week. Much rather that chance, in this situation. Besides that: Estimated fructose amounts in the following items: Soda: 35g Apple: 12g Banana: 7g 1 tbsp. Honey: 7g ...
That's really my goal. I know you must be pretty well in tune with your body to have gotten to this point. Nice job.
Thanks  Yes, it has taken me a while to get to this point. I have been doing different "diets" and such for around 4 years. I have lost a lot of weigh...
Ok. We won't pretend.
Thank you Honey is natural, it has many health benefits as well as many nutrients. Same with fruit, eating an organic apple is not the same as eating a snickers bar. The apple has many nutrients in it that the snickers bar lacks. As far as insul...

re: College Football Week 1/Futures Bet Thread - thibtigerfan
Fructose (the sugar in fruit) is not the same as sucrose (table sugar) and they are both metabolized differently by the body.
This guy gets it so yes...your body does "care if it is natural or not" You shouldn't eat only fruit of course. You can go overboard with any food or ...
