I agree that you can still lose weight at that body weight without reversing. His pre reverse calories were really low though so it did make sense to build that up. I cant get over people freaking out over him being at 2900 cals I weigh more than 100 lbs less than him and that is close to my ma...

Yea I have: road runners, lifting, trail running, and couple pair of every day walk arounds. My watch syncs with Garmin app which defaults that I wore my road shoes (unless I specify a different pair) and it keeps a running total for me ...

Right now Brooks Launch, but I have some new Adidas Pureboost in my closet ready to be broken out. Have about 50 more miles before I retire my Brooks (from road miles) and a trail race coming up next weekend I will use them for and shift them to my trail racing shoes. ...
