re: Anybody ever buy property on civicsource? - dat yat on 3/5/24 at 7:20 pm I bought and flipped a handful of them from 2016-2020. I made a little on each one. Some offers fell through because all title companies won't insure them. Back then there were plenty for sale each month in NoLA. re: Multi-Family Housing Is A Viable Yet Overlooked Path For Home Ownership - dat yat on 3/5/24 at 2:44 pm I bought and lived in half of a shotgun double after my divorce; rented the other side. It helped pay the bills and got me on my way to financial recovery way quicker than renting an apartment or struggling to pay a mortgage on a house with one income while paying child support. When I sold it 13 ... Posted on O-T Lounge Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0) |
