My buddy got a couple at my place. They quit gobbling a couple weeks ago in SE MS. I aint mad, i usually see dozens in deer season and none in the spring...maybe next year....

I had them at my old camp. When I went to lease it out, (unbeknownst to me) one was in the cabin. Mexican caught it and threw it out. It slithered over the rebuilt porch right back in the shack. Mexican caught it again and it climbed a tree. Them boys leased the place from me for 4 yea...

Side question- how long did your pond to fill and stay full?
I built one 1.25 acres last summer and it filled 2/3 full, i added minnows and it seeped/drained 90%. Now its up to 3/4 full, shallow end dry. The builder said it way fluctuate a bit at first and the drought didn't help. I hope its hold...

Mississippi has tried to pass a purple paint law a few times. This year House bill 1667 died in committee. My 2 private land neighbors are good folks, but I post the hell out of my national forest boundary....

After a kid stole one of my mowing jobs while I was on vacation, I snuck out at night and dumped the oil out of his family lawnmower. The engine seised up.
I got the job back and his dad never let him use the new lawnmower on other lawns.

Its not about the number of deaths. Its about who is the aggressor. Russia brutally attacked Ukraine for very questionable reasons, so we support Ukraine.
The Palestinians/Hamas attacked Isreal last year so we support them. Victims get sympathy, especially when the aggressor is vincible...

Brah, when I was at LSU I wore a gold chain even when I ran to the river and back bare-chested. Women dug it (or at least stared a little.) Don't knock it.

Single/divorced with grown kids. Im perfectly happy alone whether working, at the fishin condo or the hunting camp. But I do have a GF a half hour away, enjoy time together and would miss her if that ended. Space is good, but togetherness is important.
If totally alone, I would be searching......
