not sure the episode on LOST but it was the one where they were looking for the man in the woods in the house and they opened the door and it was Jacob or whomever rocking in a chair that shite freaked me out and was great TV...

i was hesitant as well but a friend talked me into it and im so glad he did been 2 years and i Love It. its about 85-90% of the flavor you would get from a traditional smoker but you get use to it the convenience makes up for it. set it and forget it, greatest thing ever. dont smell like smoke...

i would say allow 30-40 minutes for the drive but like i said its pretty and a nice drive. if you've never been i highly recommend. its a great experience. bring cash and get a jar of the sauce that they sell on site. you wont be disappointed. as far as breakfast, Magnolia Cafe and Kerby Lane ...

all BS aside take a probiotic, you can get some good ones at a GNC. it will help accelerate the good bacteria in your gut i usually eat a broth based soup with crackers, dry toast turkey sandwich or some eggs throughout the day. try to avoid acidic foods like fruit, coffee, tomatoes, etc...
