HR at rest at 60 bpm, 59 years old. BUT, I have a CRT-D that pace my heart 100% of the time. Sparky now and then likes to kick my chess in like a mule.

HR is 51 and I'm in the 36-45 age group. I crossfit so it doesn't surprise me.

Had my first colonoscopy last week and they tested mine before we started.

I was 51 ppm and I am 49 years old.

Bad history of heart disease on my mother's side of the famiky. Sooner or later, I'm gonna start going to the gym to improve cardiovascular if nothing else

Mine was around 40 when I stayed over night in a hospital. In fact it dipped below 40 all night, causing an alarm to go off and the nurses to come in
