What's wrong with people. Somebody left cookies with Reese's in it by my desk.

That's down right cruel!

I need support from my fellow RFL dieters...
I have a couple of people working OT for me (don't normally work on Friday's), so I stopped at Jerry Lee's this morning and got 10 links of boudin and 2lbs of hogs head cheese for these bastards. I put it in the kitchen, fixed me a cup of black coffee and RAN to my office. But damn, I love me some Jerry Lee's

Just remember all that food you had to go through. Is it worth it? You'll have it again.

Exactly. Man last night eating that wood fired pizza for the first time in like three weeks, fan fricking tastic. I didn't eat a whole bunch but just enough. And of course there was a choc chip cookie and little milk to end the night. Great way to end diet. But will be going on maintenance now.

I need to hop back on this in the worst way.

Grilling up the chicken tonight. Gonna pick up egg whites and veggies on the way home from work.

Do y'all feel tired while doing this? I've had a terrible case of the 2:30s everday since Monday. By far the worst part for me. The number of calories isn't too bad because I was only eating 1500/day before, but damn I'm tired

I was like that until I drank my water and added sodium to it. I feel better nowadays but this weather is also killing my sinuses.

My water is fine, well over 100 oz. a day. I may have to add the sodium to see if that helps.

I think the RFL handbook says to add sodium because we are eating so clean that it gets flushed out with all the water we drink and not replenished by our food.

It's hard to not rip off peoples head if you don't prepare before eating out.

I should have had a protein shake before coming.

Starting mine tomorrow, will cheat next weekend for the 4th. But will get back on until I reach my target weight after.

Starting weight : 215
Goal weight: 185

185 would be crazy lean for me, probably will be 7-9%. I have a 6 pack at 200 and I'm 5'9".

Will implement keto once at target rate during week. And post before and after pictures.

Dude this is awesome you are doing great. Once you have made it this far you are just tweaking things to make changes because the fat loss gets harder. You are doing great though. Everyone has their favorite proteins... mine is optimum nutrition gold standard (choc peanutbutter is my fav) mixes great, taste great, 24gr protein per scoop and 130 cals. Mix with water, no need for milk... taste great without it
