re: Finishing up a 60+ hour fast - lsu777
Found it, 60 seemed on the lower end, that's why I asked. Straight from his site - I agree with the evolutionary aspect of it.
I can't figure out where I saw Martin post it, but he posted a few studies one time showing the effects of fasting on muscle loss.
-Do you find that you need to or get the best results when you do the 3 daily doses of the EC stack that Lyle recommends? I'm guessing it varies based on your tolerance to stimulants, but I wasn't sure how much the extra doses improved results in your experiences.
EC raises basi...

re: Nature Boy not doing so good - Multiple Organ Problems - lsu777
only orals hurt your liver and honestly if you have ever seen flair in real life, he doesn't look like he used much juice if at all. He was never big or ripped, ever. But he has been known for years to have problems with alcohol and cocaine. BUt like you said, if he was on juice, even if it wasn...

re: Finishing up a 60+ hour fast - lsu777
yea I don't understand why people are saying that 60+ hours is extreme. Now if you are trying to lift on it, sure but in the grand scheme its not even close and is very very good for you health wise. Now for vanity reasons, two 36 hour fast is better than a 72 hour fast as around the 36-40 hour m...
Question: Do you eat the amount of meals that you plugged into the calculator or do you have more/fewer? I plugged in 3 but didnt know if you needed to drop to two etc.
meal timing is really not that big of a deal long term and when on a crash diet like this, its essentially useles...

re: The Greyskull Methods- A Primer - lsu777
1. I've always been a subscriber of the "if they ain't wide grip pull-ups they don't count" theory. Are they saying chins for short or do they really want us to do chin-ups over pull-ups?
Wide grip pullups are a great exercise but your lats almost exclusively do the work. With ...

re: The Greyskull Methods- A Primer - lsu777

From a pure hypertrophy stand point I have found that the frequency method chin ups made the biggest difference and if your shoulders can handle it, moving to the incline push-ups and eventually the dips made a big difference. Regular push-ups did too but the others helped more im...
