re: Rapid fatloss diet support thread - JGtoo
That's down right cruel! I need support from my fellow RFL dieters... I have a couple of people working OT for me (don't normally work on Friday's), so I stopped at Jerry Lee's this morning and got 10 links of boudin and 2lbs of hogs head cheese for these bastards. I put it in the kitchen, fixe...

re: Rapid fatloss diet support thread - JGtoo
Congrats! Down 4 pounds in ten days sounds pretty good for a Cat 1. I've never been below 15%, but I have been right at it. The closer I got, the less weight I lost - but you could really see a difference in even a few of pounds. That's one bright side to being fat... I ate pretty well Father's...

re: Rapid fatloss diet support thread - JGtoo
I'm Cat 2. Typical day for me: Breakfast: 1 scoop pro Lunch: green beans, 8oz chicken breast Snack: 3 lg egg whites Dinner: green beans (x2), 12oz chicken breast Dessert: 1/2 cup fat free cottage with a scoop of protein (strawberry is best with this) per MyFitnessPal, that's 1041...

re: Rapid fatloss diet support thread - JGtoo
I get it. I'd kill for a beer right now. Not sure what I will do Sunday. Maybe 2 Ultras. Kinda sad sitting here on Friday not thinking about dinner on Sunday. ...

re: Rapid fatloss diet support thread - JGtoo
Father's Day will be 7 days in for me. I'm only going to eat from 3pm on that day. And I'm only going to eat meat. But I'm not going to be picky about the leanness. In fact, I'm smoking a pork butt and I WILL be chowing done on that. Gonna be tough enough to have to pass the BBQ sauce and bread. I ...

re: Rapid fatloss diet support thread - JGtoo
To get back to RFL support, I tend to get a sweet tooth after all this protein and boring stuff. I cure this with an ice cold diet root beer at the end of the night. I never was a root beer fan, but after a few days of chicken and greens, it tastes like heaven....

re: Rapid fatloss diet support thread - JGtoo
I'm a bit of a fatass right now at about 26% BF. I'm sure the first three days were a total shock to the system. I won't step on the scales again until NEXT Thursday morning. The daily fluctuations might mess with my head. The Thursday morning weigh-ins probably sound weird, but I guess that's m...

re: Rapid fatloss diet support thread - JGtoo
Yeah, I'm not getting on a scale in the afternoon. Down 9lbs after 3 full days. I know there is lot of water loss in there, but I would think there's at least a couple pounds of fat gone...

re: Rapid fatloss diet support thread - JGtoo
Use that to your advantage. My son just plopped down next to me with a big ole bowl of Cinnamin Toast Crunch. If there's one thing I have a weakness for... Might have to drop a protein "bomb" on him and run his arse out of here. ...

re: Rapid fatloss diet support thread - JGtoo
Just finished up my last meal on day 3 of RFL. Chicken tenderloins marinated in a little Dales and then into the air fryer. Was pretty damn good! Tomorrow morning, I'll weigh in for the first time since Sunday. Feeling good so far. I've been eating very light breakfast, lunch (egg whites) and then...

re: Rapid fatloss diet support thread - JGtoo
Perfect! Read the book (or most of it) this weekend and got started today. I'm a category 2. Hoping to get a good jumpstart to help keep me motivated. I worked my arse off a few years back to get in the best shape of my life, but have really let my diet get out of hand the last year. ...

re: Bow Sight - JGtoo
I like the single pin, adjustable. It stays set on 25 while hunting. I very rarely take a shot past 30 yards on deer, but I regularly practice at 50, 60 and 70 yards. I don't want the clutter the additional pins would give. I really enjoy shooting long distance for practice. If you have ANY tun...

re: Oklahoma homeowner's 19 year old son shoots, kills three would-be burglars - JGtoo
Anyone willing to break into an occupied home is more than willing to kill the occupants in order to escape. A burglar/robber already has no respect for you, and by entering your occupied home, has just "told" you he's willing to kill you. Does not matter if they didn't initially intend harm. Onc...

re: What is the best way to transport crawfish long distance? - JGtoo
Just like "mylsuhat" advised. Have traveled to northern NE (18 hour drive) many times with six sacks of crawfish to be boiled 6 hrs later (total of 24 hours). Never had a problem. ...

re: Poll - If a person has a gun, when do you shoot them? - JGtoo
I'd be willing to bet you would have shot him even quicker than the police did. Anybody yapping about waiting until he pulled a gun, or a had a firm grasp on the gun, or any other BS is full of shite. It's real easy to watch a video and say what you would have done different. The VERY second most ...

re: How much does it cost to pour 200-300 sq ft of concrete for a patio? - JGtoo
Georgia buggy. Rent for less than $100. Concrete $110 cu yd. I poured 4 cu yards in the back yard (truck stayed parked on the road) in less than an hour. Georgia buggy holds 1/2 yard. My 67 year old dad and I did the finishing. Total cost including forming boards was less than $800...

Fact! I might not jump at the chance to go to Hobby Lobby, but I have never regretted being there. The scenery is pretty impressive....
