I feel like I could eat everything in the pantry! This deficit sucks!

I don't see it like that anymore. I see it as a path to my goals so it motivates me every time I eat another perfect meal. It's one more step.

Well I leave Saturday for a week in Destin so I know the diet will suffer. Debating on if I'm going to find a gym there or just get some running in 3-4 days.

Damn. I remember it being like 8 a day and went 3 days or something in my spring break days.

I'm going to Vegas for a conference Saturday, coming back the next Saturday. Debating just using the hotel gym or trying to find a gym that'll give me a guest pass

ETA

Closest gym I can find to my hotel (besides hotel gym) is almost a mile away. Could either look at it as a warm-up and Cooldown walk, or an excuse to stick with the hotel gym

I plan on checking out the gym at the condos but I'm sure they won't have enough to actually do my workouts.

I was there last week and it was $15/ day or $50 for the week.

I paid $15 for the first day to make sure i would go at least 4 days to make it worth it. With the receipt the next time, they let me pay the difference for the week.

Damn 5 lbs made a huge difference in you. Awesome progress.

Here is a picture from just now. Sitting at 185.4 this morning which should put me between 10 and 11% bodyfat. Unfortunately no abs yet, not sure it's gonna happen no matter what I do. I am holding a bit of water from starting and loading creatine this week to help with strength.

You are like a big arse gorilla. Your chest and upper back is thick as hell. Great progress.

And man I wish I had your attitude about the diet, I am burned out but still trudging along.

You honestly don't have to. Just wake up early every morning and go walking on the beach for an hour or so. It really kick starts your metabolism for the day. You can get in a good 4 miles in a little over an hour and the sunrise on the beach is beautiful

Do y'all not swim at the beach? I feel like I'm in the best shape of the year after a week there

I'm on day 5 and have lost 6 lbs. I'm not swole like most of you baws though, just trying to settle down after a couple weeks of eating like crap.
