man, some of yall are too petty. Dont stress that much over it. Enjoy life some.. One little salad isnt going to ruin anything. No need to starve yourself

I'm running a specific diet for a couple of weeks, and what I had today wasn't compliant at all. I don't care in general, but I'm not generally doing the PSMF diet.

i understand, i wasnt trying to attack you lol. Was just stating in general after i saw your post about one meal (that wasnt even bad) not like you ate a whole pizza or big mac meal. Was just talking out loud really, about not stressing so much over one bad meal.

I think two different conversations are going on in this thread lol

1. General fat loss advice
2. Discussion about the actual RFL diet that is outlined in the original OP.

Just going to keep posting in here to hold myself accountable since it is a support thread

Down 3/4 of a pound this morning. A little less than 2 lbs since Monday. Seems slow, but it’s progress.

I'll be in here with you. I help steady from yesterday with my slip up but I did get back on track last night.

It could take 3 or 4 days to get that big whoosh.

Mingo, how long are you running this for? Do you have any refeeds/cheat meals planned? Also What are your stats?

I fricked up. Grabbed a tea for the keurig yesterday assuming it was 0 cals/sugar

Checked today and it had 60 cals or some shite. All sugar.

Got weak last night and did a refeed with steel cut oats and sweet potatoes.

My lift this morning was fricking amazing. I may do a refeed every Friday. I feel good.

Back to chicken and broccoli today. Yippie.

You will be fine doing a refeed like that.
