around 400$ish. It was a Foie Gras dinner, 4 course with pairings. FABULOUS, and I dindn't mind shuckin out the ducks. BTW i hope the Service was impecible, that is what you are really paying for when you go out, to be waited on and to feel important.

Certainly one of the best steaks I've ever had

I've been around $300 twice, once at Uchiko in Austin and and the other at Montagna in Aspen, they were both really nice meals, but I've had much better $100 meals.

any specific recommendations for Uchiko? I've got reservations for next month.

Probably around $350 at August for the fiancee's birthday. We had the degustation with wine pairings. It was definitely worth it. Main courses were Maine lobster with spiced pork belly and herb-roast duckling with red cabbage and spatzle.

We enjoyed the seasonal tasting plates moreso than the sushi

Our party of 10's bill was 3000 at Papa bros steak house in Dallas. Grand parents 50th anniversary, of course I was too young to get in on the meat of the cost, the wine.

Around 200 after tip at Herbsaint. We had drinks before and after the meal, 2 apps, and 2 desserts. Everything was fantastic that night, food, service , and we were even able to catch a parade out the the window.

I have no idea what the most we have ever spent on dinner is but I know the most expensive breakfast. My husband managed to order room service to the tune of $175 at Windsor Court. There was no alcohol. couple of omelets, fruit tray, muffin tray and orange juice/coffee from what I recall.

I'm not going to say how much.. but it was at Morimoto @ Boca Resort in Boca Raton, 2009. To this day the most exquisite dining experience I've had.

Boyfriend and I are both students so we don't really eat at high end restaurants. When we eat high end its usually with our families/parents paying . I think the most we spent was at Texas de Brazil for $80 with a coupon included.

About $600+ at this place....oh, and we really didnt even eat that much. Easily could be a $1k dinner.
eta: We each had ONE glass of wine, we split an appetizer, each had a salad and entree, and since it was a special occasion, they threw in dessert for free (to split).

Little over $200 at Sullivan's, but that included 2 bottles of wine.
