This is how it works for our family also. We almost never order apps and desserts anyway and order alcohol when we dine outside of the parks. Myself and a friend's mom both happen to be type A and both tend to eat way more veggies and fruits than meat. Which is what the book says we should eat. We thought it was cool that we naturally did that before reading the book....

I do six eggs/.5 cup almond milk/1 cup spinach or broccoli/.5 cup onions and or bellpeppers/.5 cheese/meat of choice (bacon ham or sausage). Pour in buttered dish and bake at 350. I make this every week....

You can stay at a big deficit each day and then have one big day so you still have a "normal" deficit for the week. I have been reading a lot about not eating enough calories lately lol. It is never sustainable to be tired and sluggish for workouts. ...
