re: Disney Resort Gurus - Park Hopper or no Park Hopper

Get it. Well worth it bc you'll probably like one park more than the others. Animal kingdom is like a big zoo and closes early. Magic kingdom you need multiple days, Hollywood studios is smaller but the attractions are longer and geared toward older kids and Epcot is really interesting if you are into science and history.

Definitely get a cabin outside of the city. We did and it was much better than staying in a hotel in the city. Pancake Pantry is a good place to eat at there. We did horse back riding in the mountains, drove up to NC to see the Biltmore and do some white water rafting, Dixie Stampede was really fun, and I remember something called Ober Gatlinburg... I don't really remember what it was, but it was kid friendly.

If you have ever been to Disneyworld, Disneyland is such a disappointment. Small, cramped, bad people flow...

I recently stayed in the Hotel Oceana in Santa Monica. Across the street from the beach. I highly recommend it

Yeah Disney it is. I'm not a huge fan of Snoopy/Charlie Brown. Maybe for my next trip I can squeeze in Knott's Berry. I've heard lots of great things about it.

Noted! I've only flown into LA once and drove through it so I would rather not get lost in a bad part of the city.

Disneyland or Knott's Berry Farm? I'm a huge Disney fan... I went to Disneyworld twice last year and Disneyland Paris... So would it be worth skipping Disney for Knott's Berry?

thanks! we are only there for 4 days but we are trying to squeeze in one of the beaches, Disneyland, downtown and then Hollywood/Beverly Hills all in 4 days. I don't know if we can realistically do all of that, but we can try.

Thanks! No family friendly activities. It's a girls trip, but we will check out Venice Beach.

Best places to stay around L.A. (looking for boutique type hotels), best beaches to visit, restaurants, and things to do!

Nashville is great. Love visiting as often as possible. This is my favorite place to stay, right on Broadway.
Thanks!! It looks like Broadway has a lot to offer. Is this hotel in the heart of everything?
