re: Sell Me A Tonneau Truck Cover for A 2024 F 150
Posted by PorkLawn on 4/30/25 at 11:09 am to donRANDOMnumbers
I've had a Gator FX3 Hard Folding on my 2014 F150 for 10+ years (it came with the truck) It started leaking after about 6 years and I've had to repair it several times, which is expected being 11 years old. But it's become very heavy due to being waterlogged in the cavity between the top and bottom layers. RealTruck has recommended the BAK Revolver X4s. Anyone have experience good or bad with that BAK hard rollup cover?

Chinook have the best flavor without all the salt. No sandpaper tongue, like advertised.
re: Places to Purchase Fresh Oysters in BR?

I've always had good luck with the oysters from Whole Foods. They also have a variety to choose from, east coast and gulf oysters, the gulf oysters are always fresh and they do a good job of cleaning the outside. They are reasonably priced if you're grilling a couple dozen, I think the gulf oysters are $12 for a dozen. Whole Foods is a more convenient drive for me versus Tony's.
That's it. I knew I came to the right place. I'm anxiously waiting for the new pho place to open in Gonzales. Pho Viet Noodle House
Nope. I quickly saw the sign but no mention of it on the interwebs when I searched. I thought this board might have some knowledge or inside scoop.
Ramen Bar & Grill in Prairieville

Does anyone know about the ramen bar & grill that's opening in the old DeAngelo's near i-10 in Prairieville/Dutchtown? :nana:
I think this is a relatively new (to me) restaurant, but I thought the food at Fresh off the Boat was really good. Fresh off the Boat
Saigon Noodles on Florida and Sherwood is my favorite, followed by Ava Street on Essen.
they had the best chicken wings in baton rouge (at that time)
I love mine. It's very accurate, well balanced and it fits my hand perfectly.
Can any of you recommend a VP9 holster that won't scratch the finish? Preferably leather that clips to a belt for open carry.

We're taking a trip to Breckenridge in about a month and I'm planning to rent an ATV for a half day while in the area. We found Fun For You Rental in Frisco. Have you heard of them or can you recommend any other companies for ATV rental in the area?

I'm also in the market and have settled on the lithium battery option. My toughest decision now is whether to get silver with black seats and a black top or blue with tan seats and a tan top. Any thoughts on black seats and top being too hot? We're primarily going to keep it in my garage and ride around the neighborhood and occasionally take it to Grand Isle and ride on the beach.
I don't need the boat this weekend. Also, the mechanic's price on the cylinder is about $200 more than I have found online. I have to bring the boat in for routine maintenance anyway and he wants to look at the steering problem, I'm going to ask if he will let me provide the steering parts and just charge me labor to install it. I don't think 200 in labor is that bad either.
SeaStar Hydraulic Steering

Anyone have any experience replacing a Teleflex SeaStar hydraulic steering cylinder? Thinking about tackling this job myself. I've watched a few videos on youtube and it doesn't look too complicated.
Or should I just take the boat to a mechanic, he's going to charge me about $200 in labor to replace it.
TIA & :geauxtigers:
