Season tickets for sale. 4 seats together section 238 (lower bowl). Face value.

Great seats. 4 together Top row of section 238 (lower bowl). You can stand up on the seat and lean back against the wall. You can look out over lsu. When it’s hot, you can stand up and get the breeze. When it’s cold you can sit down below the wall and get out of the wind. Close enough to student section to experience the excitement but far enough to avoid the shenanigans. Selling the whole season for face value. $3475. Message me for more info. I can send photos and videos of the seats.

Adam4LSU, I parked my trailer and roped off my spot at 4:30 and was approached by LSU employees. Who proceeded to ask me if my watch was broken

Apparently my trailer problems are exactly what they are worried about. Which is why they created the rule and paid employees to drive around campus to enforce it.
But thank yall for reminding me how miserable of a place Tiger Droppings is. :doublebird:

Tailgate Setup Time
Posted by BayouBanditMike on 9/30/15 at 8:03 am
I tailgate in the interior of campus. LSU does not open the gates to the public until 4pm on Friday. It has been this way for a while. Every Friday, it is a mad rush to get into campus and claim your spot when they open the gates. If you dont get to your spot fairly early, you are very likely to find a one-weekend warrior in your spot.
This past home game (Auburn), we arrived and where allowed in at 4pm as usual but this time LSU had placed signs all over campus that read "Tailgate Setup not permitted until AFTER 5pm on Friday".
I have a trailer so I had no other option than to park it in our usual spot before 5pm (Surely LSU doesnt expect everyone with a trailer to make laps around campus for an hour before setting up.) Just after I unhooked the trailer, I am approached by 3 LSU employees on a golf cart who proceeded to reprimand me for not following the new rule. (To be clear, not one single tailgater followed the rule. By the time I parked my trailer, campus was already littered with tents and trailers). The LSU employees told me that the new rule is in place to insure that the campus remains a campus for students and not a piece of land used for tailgating. Basically, LSU does not want tailgaters on campus while the bulk of classes are still in session.
However, can anyone provide insight on how they arrived at the 5pm time. I can not come to any logical conclusion. If you are going to allow tailgaters in to campus at 4pm then allow them to set up at 4pm. Either change the time the gates open to 5pm or change the setup time to 4pm. Every year LSU inflicts more stringent rules that hinders tailgating. LSU is well known for being the greatest tailgate experience in the country. Every year we have random people that stop by our tailgate and tell us that they are from out of town and just wanted to come see what the hype was all about. These people aren't a fan of LSU or the opposing team. They traveled to LSU strictly to experience LSU tailgating. LSU didn't create that tourist attraction. We the fans created it and maintain it. I am scared that they will eventually just restrict tailgating in the interior of campus.
Sorry for the novel. Rant Over!!

Our spot is by the Indian mounds.
I do not think that my tailgate is special or that I should receive any special treatment. Just curious if they were fencing the area off temporarily because of the chance of rain or if it was permanent. I understand that lsu doesn't give a frick about my tailgate. Just trying to get some insight so I can prepare for the future.

TDT Godfather and bbap are correct. I'm not calling to bitch. Just curious if this is a permanent change or if the spot will be available again in the future. We have a large tailgate and a lot of people are used to coming there. Finding a new spot will be a fiasco.
The reason I want to speak to someone with authority is because I have already made a few phone calls and spoken to a "college kid who answers the phone" and have gotten no where.

We pay for an overnight trailer pass but the actual location is first come first served.
Tailgate Problems
Posted by BayouBanditMike on 9/16/14 at 9:14 am
Last week I arrived on campus with my tailgate trailer to find that LSU had fenced off our tailgate area. The area was recently sodded and it appears they are trying to protect their fresh grass. Does anyone know who to contact within lsu to enquire about tailgate issues such as this. I'm talking about someone with some authority. Not a college kid who answers the phone. Any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks for the responses but I have to disregard most of your advice. As for the heat, I am from Louisiana and am used to being hot (parking lot or not). Yall must be from Alaska or Michigan or some cold area of the country. We will have tents and fans to help with the heat also. As for going to a bar the day of an LSU game, its almost blasphemous to even consider. We are LSU fans we show the world how to party not cram into a mediocre bar in Arlington, Texas and pay $10 a beer. I will make it work one way or another. Feel free to stop by for a beer if you can handle the heat.

parkwhiz.com. I have been doing a lot of research on this topic. You can also call ticketsource.com which is located right across the street from the stadium. There are plenty of parking passes for sale.
Tailgating in Dallas
Posted by BayouBanditMike on 8/20/13 at 1:50 pm
I posted a few weeks back asking for some advise on where to tailgate for the TCU game. I think we will end up in Lot 11. In order to tailgate in the stadium lots you have to get there early to reserve a spot on the perimeter of the lot that has a designated tailgating spot. We are bringing our tailgate trailer and are planning on purchasing two spots. In order for our plan to work we have to get there right when the parking lots open. Does anyone know what time the lots have opened in previous years. I have called and spoken to numerous people at the stadium and none of them have a clue. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, if anyone has a better suggestion of where to tailgate that will allow enough room for a 16' cargo trailer and a few tents, please let me know.

TDsngumbo,
Thanks for the warm welcome. However, I have a few posts under another name and have been lurking for years now. I'm not quite a TD virgin so I have an idea of what im getting myself into.
Anyone selling a parking pass or know where to get one? How much?

Tailgating at Cowboy Stadium
Posted by BayouBanditMike on 7/19/13 at 10:36 am
I will be making the trip to Arlington for the opening game this year. I have never been to Jerry World and don't know what to expect as far as tailgating goes. I have a 16 ft tailgate trailer that I am planning on pulling up there. Does anyone know of an area that is in reasonable distance to the stadium that I can park the trailer and set up a tailgate? Without having a parking pass. Thanks in advance.
