More will sure to follow in '14 '15,'16. etc etc. You think Illinois was happy to see Pocic leave? One recruit shouldn't make or break your class. Frankly I'm not so sure I want someone who isn't 100% LSU. If you have to beg, borrow or steal to convince someone who doesn't want to be here, it's not worth it.

I must admit, I don't see the advantage in having 3 safeties on the field at the same time, except for Hail Mary situations. I must be dumb.

I have. I agree he's been impressive. In fact, I feel he should be the starting free safety. He has more speed and range and is a better tackler than Malcom Jenkins. Perhaps move Jenkins to strong safety. IMO he'd be better suited there for guarding TE's and helping with run defense. As for Harper, let him blitz on 3rd down and that's it. But every weekend I see 27 and 41 on the field starting and they don't seem to get any better. I've heard at least one coach say that OC's tell their QB's the first read is always Harper in pass coverage.

Reid picked picked three spots after Vaccaro wins starting free safety position for a Super Bowl team. Vaccaro won't start for the worst defense in NFL history. Did Saints pick the wrong safety? :
