This is a huge assumption a lot of people on the right are hanging their hopes on. This assumption is insinuating that Admiral Pickering & Mullen would place their reputation just to get BO re-elected.
Even someone like Leon who was respected by both Republicans and Democrats in DC, surely couldn't have been OK with the president turning down help.
