Once the shrimp start running thru there. Late May thru Oct. Used to shrimp there many years ago along with fishing there. I'm talking more then 35 years ago. Used pile the trout knee deep high on the bridge. :lol: Grew up not more then 2 miles from the bridge at the lake....

Don't go cheap on the antenna bracket. NO PLASTIC and ONLY SS. Not much need of a VHF these days with cell phones unless you run under bridges or run the Mississippi river down south. Still nice to have....
