hmmmmmm.....again im not a big boat guy...i dont believe you loose enough water pressure to hurt anything...ig you have a stream weak or strong pissing out the water is making it through enough to keep it cool....my opinion, i run my lil motors high as i can my current 16 x 46 express sits in the water like a bass boat on plane...very little boat in the water (the front half of the rear bench is up out of the water)...never burned one up....we ran dads bay boat the same way when he had it

raise on tilt or on jack plate? ive you have the ability tower entire motor and then trim in or out up or down...you should be able to find the sweet spot..who cares about rooster tail....good tail and a bite ...ur cruisin....if your not biting with the 26...a lower pitch will have less bite and blow out more

its not blowing out...the weeds bog it down bad.....last time i got up on plane and it was running about half speed...but didnt feel boggy.....lifted it up to clean on plane it went back in water and shot off as it should....fished a bit took off again same thing.....ran to open water fished took off no weeds no problem....its like the blade design just wont cut them...never had that issue with the old nissan

i dont run the big motors...i bet its not the pitch though on yours....i bet its the height and trim....i run my motors high ...to where they just start to bounce in the front and then just put all my weight in the front when im going to fish and its nice and smooth....easier to do with the little aluminum boats then the bass and bay boats

my yammi pisses WAY better than my Nissan did....but Nissan still the favorite motor i ever had...i was young in high school and beat the hell out of it never missed a beat.....sat for 4 years after i moved out....dad finally told me i could have it...clean gas 2 pulls right back on the water...i had a lot of work done to that motor to run what i was running...

11p is the pitch....Dont know my RPMs but there is no over rev....runs smooth...contrary to popular belief....i have disproven the larger pitch lower rpms on every motor i have owned. I ran a 98 Nissan 25 on the same hull(99 model) as i have now 15x46 Express a VERY WELL built hull....currently I have a 2007....the nissan was purchased with a 1n 11 p power tech by DHPs recommendation, ran 33....went to 12 p later and ran 35 with no drop in RPM....I had a 98 evinride 25 cyl with a 12p ran 28 went to 13 p ran 30...i sent 3 props back to powertech last year on the evinrude every prop they said to use did opposite of what the paper said it would....they are running 14 p props on the new tohatsu 25 4 strokes and getting 34 mph....I never had a yamaha and just purchased it so just seeing what everyone else was getting out of them and what props....

need to see what everyone else is running...i have an 07 yammi 25 2 cyl 2 stroke with an 11p powertech ilb. Running 31 with just me in boat. Anyone have a 12 or 13 how do they perform
I agree, force fetch can be good or bad, natural prey or hunt drive in a dog is always better. But it can be done successfully with the right trainer
Mopar - haven't read through the whole thread but I agree. ORIGINAL owner, no, PREVIOUS, yes.

confused by this, if you would have read the whole thread...

I know the dog was scared of a shotgun....for the first 15-16 months of his life he was a spoiled fay treat trained backyard dog, never left the peoples yard. i took him out into the woods and saw his reaction to the shotgun, never brought him around one again, that was only a few weeks before i gave him away..figured i would continue with obedience and retrieve training then tackle the gun issue...and i also believe i told the new owner that the first time i exposed him to the shotgun he had an issue with it
Popcorn, I would never beat a dog I was dual purpose K9 handler for 3 years for my old Police Dept. Loud firm, verbal commands, and quick leash correction....no hitting no beating, no shock collars
The ORIGINAL owner....lol...not the previous
Anyway it doesnt even matter...i only tried to find you on here to let you know the pound had called, and this is what i found, it just struck a nerve....and i felt i needed to give my side....
Bleeding, but you did copy and paste my TD info into the post as to say this is the guy....I did not give him away knowing he wasnt worthy of hunting. I told you he needed to be forced fetched, i told you he needed training i couldnt afford. You told me that would not be a problem for you. You said in the post "I know the previous owner lied." I did no such thing. I told you he was food aggressive towards my other dog. The thing you said about me telling the breeder he was aggressive and tearing up the fence....i believe i asked if food aggression was a trait in the breed....if anything was said about tearing up a fence i must have written it wrong or they read it wrong, i found out he tore up the others guys fence when i asked if he wanted him back, you know what he said "no, put him down then." He never tore up a fence or dug out of my yard. I just didn't think it was necessary to say the previous owner lied. I thought with the proper training he would come along just fine. If he doesn't work for you, give him away, to a pet home, but don't bash someone on here on your opinion.

I absolutely know he had no intentions of outing me. But I also am not ashamed to come out and say I had the dog as I have nothing to hide. I wanted to keep the dog and work him through whatever life he had before I just could not with the baby on the way and financially. He did have lots of potential he wouldn't even sit (without treats) or walk on a leash when i first got him. I worked him through that. I was also doing 30-40 yard retrieves in an unknown lake to him the day after i got him. which is on YouTube. Its just funny is all, they have problems with him then get rid of him if he wont work for you, don't put on a post the previous owner beat him....i was given a brand new shock collar with him and it is still in the box, i don't believe in shock collars or beating, my police k9 was trained that way, but after i got him he never wore a shock collar again...
